I have tried several different letter activities that I have found on Pinterest and created myself.
They were all really great but did not completely fit our needs.

Color Sorting Fine Motor Skill Activity


There are several versions of this same Preschool activity on Pinterest but I wanted to share my Dollar tree $3.00 version.  Using the tongs to pick up each pom pom makes this a great fine motor skill activity. image Supplies:

muffin tin
pom pom’s
colored paper or paint chips
large circle punch or muffin tin circle label as template
scissors (if cutting out)

How to: Glue colored circles inside tins Play/Learn:  spread out pom pom’s and use tongs to sort into correct color of tin image image Remove pom pom’s , line up colors and count image image
